All orders are shipped fully insured with proper documentation, including necessary customs declarations. For security purposes, orders must be signed for by the cardholder or the individual whose name is on the registered order. Returns & Refunds

Any purchases made through our website or in person are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, all items must be returned in their original "as sold" condition and must be fully retail ready. This includes returning all original accessories, paperwork, boxes, or documentation provided with the purchase. Towan Timepieces will provide a return shipping label and necessary documentation, with associated charges deducted from the final issued refund. Please note that return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer and will be deducted upon receipt and inspection of the returned item(s). Towan Timepieces does not accept responsibility for any shipping damage incurred due to negligent packaging or lack thereof when products are returned for a refund.
